Request a Refund

If you are requesting a refund, email brandi.fruge@cpsb.org with the following:

1. Your Full Name or the Student's Full Name

2. Your Phone #

3. A copy or photo of your receipt. 

4. Reason for refund - please be detailed. 

 

Admin will review your request and we will reach out with the status. Please allow 2 weeks for review. After 2 weeks, email brandi.fruge@cpsb.org for the status.
