Parent Checklist- New & Returning Students

*Returning Students DO NOT attend on-site registration - simply pay fees online.

___ Set up Student Progress Center Account (You need your PSN- Call office 337-217-4500)

New Students Only! You MUST attend registration or visit the office to register your child. You must bring the following documents:

- Birth Certificates for all children

- Social Security cards for all children

- Current Utility Bill to verify physical address

- One additional utilities bill to verify physical address

(Gas, internet, water, etc.)

- Current Immunization Records

- Contact Information for Parents/Guardians

- Copy of current transcript to leave with the Counselor for scheduling purposes (if you have it)
