F. Clark
Mrs. Clark graduated from Delcambre High School in 1984, and from McNeese State University in 1988. She taught Intermediate/Resource at Little Cypress School from 1988-1990, then, Resource in 1991-1992 at Cameron Elementary. From 1992-1994, she taught Special Education at Combre Elementary. From 1996 to 1999, she taught Special Education at Kennedy Elementary. She has been teaching here at Bell City since 1999 and is currently teaching Special Education. Her nieces and nephews and playing with children influenced her decision to become a teacher. Also, she had great high school teachers who challenged her to achieve.

P. Foster
Mrs. Foster graduated from East Beauregard High School in 1986. She attended McNeese for three years. She is Mrs. Clark's Elementary Special Education aide . She has been working at Bell City for six years. She loves teaching and helping students to learn. She is the Rodeo Booster queen contest coordinator, and Bell City High's public relations person. She is Bell City's PTA Secretary/Treasurer, PIE Representative, and NIE contact person. Mrs. Foster was Bell City High School’s Outstanding Support Employee for 2000-2001.
